BMW 520d turbo problems, failure

I have a BMW 520d with 120K miles, on purchasing the car in December last year. Next week I suspected a turbocharger failure

My local garage stripped the turbo from the vehicle and confirmed that the turbocharger had appeared to have seized.

Vehicle technician turbo sent away to Best Turbos to have a diagnostic report on the unit.

Report from Best Turbos telling that the turbo has failed due to excessive carbon build up.

I'm looking for person who can help me get money back from the car seller
