Audi A3 2.0tdi p0234 error code

I have Audi A3 with 2.0 tdi BPW engine and recently my car after 2-3 hours on motorway goes into limp mode and I have error code P0234 OVERBOOST
Ive took my car to Audi specialists and they told me that this is turbocharger and it must be replaced

What do you think?

Check your vanes, probably this needs to be replaced

Ive been in Audi specialists and they said that if vanes are gone then turbo needs to be replaced because replacing only this part won't last long and will make me more costs

i know that dealers like to replace expensive parts because of money so I would need an opinion of somebody else

hello I have Audi A3 2005
Recently car started to go into limp mode and I checked it with OBD that shows code P0234 overboost

When I switch the engine off and then again on it disappears but after hard acceleration, it goes into limp mode again

Is it a turbo problem?

99% vanes in your turbocharger are stuck
if so then tubrocharger must be replaced
