maybe hose or the actuator is faulty, boost sensor or maf sensor?

Check this out

I have had the small turbo replaced due to failure last year. I decided to replace big one as well.

This is the best solutions, I think

Hi there

I did driving around the London, blue smoke come, engine suck the oil / eat its own engine oil !

Engine races by itself !

I codn't stop, been working five minutes and stop ownself

My mechanic told me turbo seal failure leads to engine destruction in my car

Do you know who can rebuild my engine?

Thanks

Good Morning for Everyboby

Common BMW 535D turbo problems: white, blue, black smoke and no power, check this link: https://www.bestturbos.uk/bmw-535d-3-0- ... -problems/

Firstly you need to check the problem, can be anything: vacuum, boost sensor, or faulty turbos. There are two turbochargers. This is very expensive repairs.

have you looked for it on ebay??

54399700065 - I think this is the part number that you are looking for

You can give a call to best turbos - they can find right turbocharger or even fit it if you cant
Anyway try to look for this turbocharger on ebay BUT BE AWARE OF CHINESE FAKES! Turbo must be build on genuine parts!!

Thank Lucas!
I was looking for this turbo using wrong part number...
But i have called best turbos and they quoted me less than 300 for this turbo on exchange...
Does every turbo shop work on exchange? I dont mind to give them my turbo but im just wondering why they need it

I believe that if not exchange then turbochargers would be much more expensive
Anyway if you dont want to give them your turbocharger just pay surcharge and have fun :P
