Hello,
I'm looking for advice. I have Range Rover Sport tdv8 4.4 and during this weekend while I was on way back home my turbocharger my car suddenly goes into limp mode and I had loads of white smoke from exhausts
my local garage told me that oil gets into turbocharger and this cause white smoke from exhaust
before I let them to repair it I need to know a bit more about this issue as I dont want to waste money
Does anyone experienced this already?

hi mate,
does your range rover loose oil?
white smoke may be sign that oil goes into turbocharger and burn
can you take a look on you exhaust? is there any oil on it?

I took my car to Best Turbos they found that turbocharger has blown, oil get into intercooler and engine has suck it. Then it comes to hot exhaust and caused loads of white smoke while burning.
My range is now with them Im waiting for an update what is going on
